Educational Technology or "Ed Tech” manages Canvas and the College learning management system (LMS). We are also here to help you (and your teachers!) use educational apps to enhance your learning experience and simplify your studies at CBC, both inside and outside the classroom.

Having a technical problem in your Canvas course? Need help getting started? Let us help!

- In Canvas, click the Help icon on the Global Navigation Menu.
- Choose Get help from CBC Ed Tech.
- Your help request will be sent directly to our team!
When sending your request, be sure to provide as much information as you can. Including:

- The course title
- Your instructor’s name
- The assignment, page, or Canvas feature you’re having a problem with
- As much detail as you can, like when the problem started and anything you’ve tried to solve it
Our team will connect with you via email. We can also set up a time to connect with you via Zoom or telephone to troubleshoot in real time.
