Jason Engle

I started working in education in 2001 after five years of database and application development work. I have professional experience with the Madison Metropolitan School District and Wisconsin State Department of Public Instruction (Office of Educational Accountability). Between professional work, I pursued graduate studies in Education Policy (MPA) and Political Science (Ph.D.) and contributed to research on charter schools, educational program evaluation, randomized controlled trials, and latent trait measurement.

In Organizational Learning/Institutional Research, our goal is simple: to expand CBC’s ability to use research and data to make critical decisions across campus. CBC is in a unique place that reflects our strong community, and is well positioned to aspire to be among the nation’s best.
