This is a one-day class in which Evergreen Safety Council-certified instructors are authorized to issue a Washington State Certified Flagging card upon successful completion of the class and test. This card, which is recognized in Washington, Oregon, Idaho and Montana, is required for flaggers working on WSDOT construction projects. It meets the Dept. of Labor & Industries requirements for WAC 296-155-305, Flagger Training Requirements for Washington state.
Attendees must be at least 18 years of age to attend the training.
Please note: The lecture portion of the class and exam are conducted in English.
IMPORTANT: If you have registered for this course, please send a picture of your Driver’s License or Government issued ID to ce@columbiabasin.edu BEFORE the class date. Your ID picture will be used as your Flagger card ID picture. Failure to send in a picture will result in your Flagger card not having a picture on it.
