Plagiarism, fabrication, cheating, and, most recently, artificial intelligence generators are all forms of academic dishonesty. It’s important that you earn your degree in an honest manner, but what happens if you plagiarize unintentionally or if you are accused of having used an A.I. generator? In this session, you will learn about the academic integrity policy at CBC, what happens if you are accused of being academically dishonest, and how to avoid violating the Student Code of Conduct regarding academics. Dan Quock, Assistant Dean for Student Conduct & Student Life, is here to answer any questions you have about the CBC Student Code of Conduct and share what resources are available to you on campus to support your academic goals.
