ASCBC and Athletics is hosting a Spirit Night on October 25th, 2023 during the home Volleyball game. The game begins at 6p.m. but we are having an outdoor trick-or-treating event that is open to all CBC students, faculty, staff and community members! So bring your family down for the Hawk-O-Treat event and then head on indoors to the volleyball game! Free entry to everyone and so many fun prizes will be handed out! Setup will be from 4:30-5:15p.m. and the Hawk-o-Treat will begin at 5:30p.m. until 6:30p.m. We are inviting student clubs and departments to participate in handing out candy!!

Business/Club Information:
*This event is rain or shine and will take place right outside of the Student Recreation Center (campus map will be sent out before event date).
*Every business will be provided one table and one chair (please do not bring your own).
*Canopy tents are allowed but they must be weighed down properly. Each canopy leg must be weight down by bags of sand or water (all 4 of the tent legs must be weighed down). Absolutely no spikes into the grass. 
*Businesses can hand out candy, non perishable food items and flyers or advertisements for their businesses.

The Foundation Office and DEI will be providing candy for CBC's Clubs and Departments to hand out. Candy is limited and will be equally divided for those that register for this event.
