Please complete this Club Rush Form if your club would like to be included in the event on Wednesday, October 4 (9 am to noon)! The event is designed to help you solicit new club members so you can successfully fill out your club application and charter your club this quarter!
Club Rush will take place in the H-Building (Gjerde Atrium) and will be a completely in-person experience, so your club will need to be available to setup at between 8:30 - 9 am in the Gjerde Atrium and staff a table from 10 am to 2 pm. Filling out this form will ensure that your club will have a table and is included in the experience.
All potential clubs (new and pre-existing) are welcome to participate in this event!
This Club Rush form is separate from your club application. You do NOT need to have an approved club application to participate in Club Rush. However, to participate, you do need to have:
- the intent of forming and chartering an ASCBC club
- a club advisor identified (a club advisor is a faculty or staff member who has agreed to advise the club)
- reviewed the club application to understand the basic club requirements (https://forms.office.com/r/C6n2NiSY4e)
This Club Rush Form must be submitted by October 2 at 11:45 pm
ASCBC reserves the right to cancel Club Rush if five (5) or more clubs do not submit this form.
