Our hour-long presentation consists of two portions: first, a live "sky tonight" presentation, where you will learn about what will be in the skies that evening, including stars, constellations, and planets.
The second portion is a full-dome film experience:
Two Small Pieces of Glass traces the history of the telescope from Galileo’s modifications to a child’s spyglass—using two small pieces of glass—to the launch of NASA’s Hubble Space Telescope and the future of astronomy. It explores the wonder and discovery made by astronomers throughout the last 400 years. Recommended for 4th grade and up.
Tickets must be purchased online; we will not be offering walk-up purchases at this time.
