A 52-year-old Finley man accused of calling in a bomb threat to Pasco's Columbia Basin College pled not guilty Tuesday morning in Franklin County Court.
Steven Eugene Brown is charged with "Threats to Bomb or Injure Property."
According to CBC, Brown was not a student when he made the threat July 18th closing both the Pasco and Richland campuses for the day.
Investigators did not find any explosives on either campus. Both campuses reopened the day after the call.
Brown's court appointed attorney asked to address his $150,000 bail in a hearing August 6th.
