A Kennewick man pleads not guilty to threats to bomb or injure property for the bomb threats made at Columbia Basin College earlier this month.
52-year-old Steven Brown's trial will begin on September 18th.
Brown was arrested last week at his home in Kennewick after he was suspected of making threatening phone calls about a bomb at CBC.
The college was evacuated and classes were cancelled for the remainder of the day on July 17th.
Brown is currently being held in franklin county jail on $150,000 bail, with a bail hearing set for August 6th.
