To participate in CAMP, a student must:
- Meet one of the following:

Have participated in a Migrant Education Program at any time while in K-12,
OR be a seasonal farm worker (worked at least 75 days in the past 2 years),
OR be a dependent (parents are farm workers)
OR have participated in, or be eligible for, WIA Section 167
- Be a U.S. citizen or permanent resident
- Be entering your first quarter of college (or have less than 20 credits)
- Enroll at CBC as a full-time student with at least 12 credits
- Be pursuing a bachelor degree (after AA transfer degree)
- Place into at least the following levels on the COMPASS exam:
- Math 96
- Reading 99
- English 98
