Dan Clifford
Head Coach
Excellence, winning, sportsmanship, perseverance, and dignity are all associated with Columbia Basin College's Golf team. It is a team that has won 17 men's titles since 1965, and three women's titles since 1993. That is excellence; that is Columbia Basin Golf. It is a program that has sent numerous players to the Pac-10, Big West, West Coast, and other Division I conferences.
Dan Clifford is heading into his sixth season as head coach of the Hawks. Clifford, a native to the area, is a 1977 graduate of Richland High School and played college golf at Mira Costa Junior College. He has been the Head Golf Professional of notable golf courses, including West Richland Municipal Golf Course, Othello Golf Course, and most presently at Horn Rapids Golf Course.
"We look forward to continuing our winning tradition and getting back to being an elite program in the NWAACC. I look forward to the challenges that await me as CBC's Head Coach," said Coach Clifford.
