Dan Clifford
Head Coach
Dan Clifford is entering his sixth season as Head Golf Coach at CBC. In his first season at the helm, Clifford led the women's golf program to the 2008 NWAACC Championship. Clifford, a P.G.A. member, is the Head Professional at Horn Rapids Golf Course in Richland. A native of Richland, Clifford graduated from Richland High School in 1977. He then moved to San Diego, Calif., where he played golf at Mira Costa Junior College before transferring to National University.
Clifford moved back to the Tri-Cities in 1993 and began working at West Richland Municipal Golf Course. He worked his way up from a maintenance worker to the Head Golf Pro at West Richland. Clifford also spent time as the Head Golf Pro at Othello Golf Course before his current position at Horn Rapids.
Coaching college golf has always been a goal of Clifford's, and he is very excited to achieve that goal at CBC. Clifford's wealth of experience on the golf course will bring a positive influence to the golf program and will help the Hawks continue their success.
