General Information
To register for credit, audit, or as a community user refer to registration. Bring your current CBC student I.D. with you every time you work out. First time users of the Fitness Center must sign up for an orientation by phone or in person before working out.
Facility Information
- Extensive free-weight area with equipment including; hammer strength, two platforms, Smith machines, multiple squat racks, etc.
- Aerobic & strength training "Super Circuit" program for a complete and efficient workout.
- Cardiovascular area with the newest equipment including; ellipticals, treadmills, stair steppers, recumbent bikes, rowing machines, etc.
- Stretching area and health testing areas.
- ADA compliant and accessible to all.

Fitness Center instructors have decades of combined experience with a diversified range of expertise including: master's degrees in varying health ed/physical ed fields; professional certifications; PAC 10 sports; Division 1 sports; nutrition counseling; strength/weight training; power lifting; injury prevention and rehabilitation; semi-professional and professional sports.
The CBC Fitness Center instructors work as a team to help you meet your goals. An instructor is always available during regular Fitness Center hours, plus information from the combined wealth of knowledge is available for specific needs.
