Exercise Classes with Kim Elgin!

Join Instructor Kim Elgin as she hosts a series of exercise classes which utilize resistance and cardio training to help get you in shape! Remember, your fitness level is not important - you work at a pace that is right for you.
Feel free to come as your schedule allows during this time frame, whether it is for the full hour or 15 minutes. The room is limited in size (max. capacity 25 people), so be sure to arrive early and reserve your spot!

Location: Meet in Lobby outside of Aerobics Room (G103F) @ 11:30am
Join Instructor Elise Leahy as she guides you on your journey to greater health and wellness! Walking with Elise offers a great opportunity to get outside and enjoy the fresh air and break up your day on an invigorating walk with your colleagues!
Classes will include your choice of a 1- or 2-mile walk on a designated walking path around the College and can be modified to a pace that is right for you. All fitness levels may participate and beginners are absolutely welcome!
