Appeals of Disciplinary Action

WAC 132S-40-370

1. All appeals by a student must be made in writing and received by the CSSO within ten calendar days of notification of the CSSO's or the SCB's decision.

2. Failure to file a written appeal within the time period specified will result in the decision(s) becoming final with no further right of appeal.

3. Appeals of disciplinary action(s) will be taken in the following order:

3.1. Disciplinary decisions and action taken by the CSSO may be appealed by the student to the SCB.
3.2. Disciplinary decisions and action taken by the SCB may be appealed by the student to, and shall be reviewed by, the College President who shall have final authority in the disciplinary action.
