Title IX Disclosure
CBC recognizes its responsibility to investigate, resolve, implement corrective measures
and monitor the educational environment and workplace to stop, remediate and prevent
discrimination on the basis of sex, as required by Title IX of the Educational Amendments
of 1972, Title VII of the Civil Rights Act of 1964, the Violence Against Women Reauthorization
Act, and Washington State’s Law Against Discrimination, and their implementing regulations.
These requirements extend to admissions and employment at CBC. Inquiries about the
application of Title IX may be referred to the Title IX Coordinator listed below.
Additionally, any person may report sex discrimination, including sexual harassment
(whether or not the person reporting was involved in the reported incident), in person,
by mail, by telephone or by electronic mail, using the contact information listed
below, or by any other means that results in the Title IX Coordinator receiving the
